750 — Sector Decomposition Cannot Supply the Missing External Weighted Lift
Question left by Entry 749
Entry 749 proves that the Bunch--Davies tube admits inequivalent limits of the weighted ratio . The closest remaining published mechanism that might appear to select one is the Newton-polytope sector decomposition of cosmological integrals.
Variance audit
The construction in arXiv:2402.06558 resolves divergent directions of the site and loop-edge integration variables. Cayley--Menger positivity then removes sectors incompatible with the physical fiber contour. Its cones therefore organize asymptotics inside a fixed external-kinematic fiber.
The unresolved pair in Entries 747--749 is instead
a pair of external base parameters. The required modification is the base change
No cone in the cited fiber-sector decomposition defines this base tangent, lifts the physical relative cycle over it, or produces an exceptional boundary current. Importing one of its monomial sectors as a value of would exchange fiber asymptotics for base specialization and is therefore mistyped.
Narrow conclusion
Together, Entries 749 and 750 exclude both obvious published shortcuts: the tube fixes only the analytic side, while sector decomposition fixes only admissible fiber asymptotics.

Next falsifier
Only a construction with base-direction data remains admissible: a simultaneous regulator scaling, a parameter-space Landau thimble, or a canonical real-oriented weighted blowup lift. It must output the complete Entry 748 continuation packet, not merely a preferred asymptotic cone.
