The Parent May Co-Generate Lenses and Readouts
Refinement of Entry 985
Entry 985 formulates the strong parent-object hypothesis as canonical realizations
of sector-specific coefficient lenses. The accumulated Marici evidence suggests that a coefficient object alone does not define a physical sector. It must be paired with a correctly typed readout: a relative cycle, observable functor, boundary condition, or invariant map that can detect it.
This motivates a stronger but still testable refinement.
H2LR: lens--readout co-generation
The parent object canonically generates compatible triples
where
- is the sector coefficient or transport object;
- is the admissible readout object;
- is the typed pairing producing sector observables.
The physical sector is therefore not the coefficient lens in isolation but the compatible lens--readout package:
Evidence motivating H2LR
The distinction has repeatedly been operational in the ledger.
- In cosmology, algebraic and exceptional classes can exist while the literal Bunch--Davies/Cayley--Menger chain pairs with them trivially. A nonzero coefficient class is not automatically a physical contribution.
- In the string sector, Koba--Nielsen loading becomes an amplitude only after Pochhammer regularization and pairing with a loaded chamber cycle.
- In flavor, the sparse Yukawa link graph carries positive edge magnitudes and one rephasing-invariant loop phase, while masses and CKM data arise only through the flavor-invariant physical readout.
These examples support the typing principle
They do not yet prove that the parent generates the readout rather than the readout being supplied as independent boundary data.
Finite scientific tests
A proposed realization of H2LR must satisfy all of the following.
- Readout provenance. must be derived from the same source structure as , not chosen after inspecting the desired answer.
- Typed pairing. Degree, variance, support, deck character, and orientation must make a genuine map.
- Naturality. The pairing must commute with the sector's localization, monodromy, occurrence, and symmetry maps.
- Null-readout prediction. When the generated readout misses a class, the theory must predict zero rather than permit an alternative fitted cycle.
- Cross-sector reconstruction. A common parent candidate must derive at least one nontrivial lens--readout pair not used to define it.
H2LR is falsified for a proposed parent if its lens is canonical but its readout requires an arbitrary regulator hierarchy, splitting, contour, or projection. This does not falsify the weaker shared-calculus hypothesis H2W.
H2O: observer-selection extension
A further, explicitly philosophical conjecture is that observers are physical subsystems of and can access only lens--readout pairs compatible with their own realization:
On this view, multiplicity of experience can arise from multiple internally compatible modes of distinguishing and observing the same parent structure. Human perception may select and compress such a mode, but it need not create the underlying admissibility constraints.
H2O is not presently a physics result. It must not be used to explain a failed physical construction or to replace a missing source-derived readout. Causality, gauge invariance, positivity, detector coupling, and decoherence can constrain observation before any specifically human representation enters.
Epistemic posture
This hierarchy preserves the useful insight—that physical manifestation requires a compatible lens and readout—without turning observer dependence into an unfalsifiable repair mechanism.
