1355 — Initiality Forces Frobenius Rigidity
Epistemic-graph event: 1379.
The conditional pointed pi_0 is the initial commutative semiring. Therefore
it has exactly one unital semiring endomorphism:
The additive maps f_n obey f_m f_n=f_(mn), but send the multiplicative
unit U to nU; only f_1 is a unital semiring endomorphism.
The identity satisfies the Frobenius congruence x^p congruent x mod p for
every intrinsic prime, but it is identical at all primes and carries no
place-dependent spectrum. Writing its rank-one determinant as 1-u and
then setting u=p^{-s} would require an independently derived cohomology
object, prime specialization, and spectral weight. Those data are absent.
Thus intrinsic primes can live on the initial semiring, while nontrivial Frobenius requires a larger source-derived object.
Scope: no full-Carrier tensor, Witt/Burnside object, Euler factor, or physical chain operation is asserted.
