1654 — Cumulant Cut Sewing Has a Finite Species Presentation
Question
Entry 1653 shows that exact conditional Cut sewing survives the first non-Gaussian cumulant grade. Determine whether higher cumulants require independent coherence rules at every arity.
Partition incidence calculus
For a labelled finite set ,
where is the partition lattice and is the connected cumulant on block .
Nested Cut/restriction operations are organized by refinement chains
The two coproduct parenthesizations enumerate the same chains because partition refinement is transitive. Hence the incidence coproduct is coassociative without an arity-specific repair.
The checker verifies Bell counts through arity eight and both parenthesizations across 14,400 refinement chains through arity six.
Finite rule versus infinite rank
The entire assembly is governed by one species-level rule:
But an arbitrary state may carry an independent connected cumulant at every arity. Therefore the coefficient object is not finite rank and is not generated by finitely many fixed-arity cumulant coordinates.
Narrow result
No new coherence generator is required at each grade. The infinite tower is compressed by an arity-uniform labelled rule, exactly as Entry 1649 compresses the infinite evolution hierarchy by a finite differential presentation.
The combined coefficient architecture is therefore
acting on an infinite filtered process module.
This is sector-specific coefficient structure over the existing carrier; it is not a new cosmological carrier primitive.

Next falsifier
Test compatibility between the differential and coalgebra structures: determine whether the free-plus-cubic derivation is a coderivation for the cumulant/partition coproduct, strictly or up to the Wick coherence of Entry 1650. A nonzero co-Leibniz defect would be the first candidate higher process coherence.
