The Failure Trichotomy Is a Candidate Pre-Carrier Law
Three recurrent mechanisms admit an invariant preliminary classification:
A presentation boundary kills one coordinate while the exterior object survives in another chart. A supported birth changes the homology of the incidence/coherence complex and permits a new port, whose information content is then decided by the sector lens. A transport degeneration kills the full exterior section and canonically births a kernel or residue.
Minimal exact representatives verify that these three tests are respectively invariant under invertible recharting, label permutation, and invertible left/right presentation changes. They type the mechanisms found in Strominger Entries 2040 and 2052 and Nima Entries 2044–2047.
The Deutsch–Popperian conjecture is that every source-admissible apparent failure has exactly one such invariant type. A legal presentation change that alters the assigned type is a finite falsifier.
