2080 — The Planar QND Lens Is Preparation-Independent

For every normalized real pointer state $p$ and planar rotation $R(c,s)$,

$$\langle p,Rp\rangle=c, \qquad \det(p,Rp)=s.$$

Hence changing the pointer preparation does not change the selected Gram lens or complementarity point. In the frozen QND model, the numerical selector is the interaction rotation itself.

This narrows the constant-recovery question to the source dynamics that fixes the interaction angle.
