2109 — Selector and Rigidifier Are Independent Operations

Selection reduces an admissible lens fiber; rigidification reduces variation of a readout across presentations. A finite four-case census realizes all four logical combinations, so neither property implies the other.

This corrects the cross-sector architecture to

$$\text{Carrier} \longrightarrow \text{admissible lens family} \xrightarrow{\text{source selector}} \text{selected lens} \xrightarrow{\text{presentation rigidifier}} \text{stable readout}.$$

The Gaussian quadratic Hamiltonian is a genuine selector. The flavor texture atlas is currently a rigidifier without a numerical selector. Magnetic stabilization and the RH repair operator require separate typing.
