2111 — A Transverse Response Need Not Descend to the Diagonal Readout

Entry 2110 shows that standard equal-time cosmological correlators factor through $|\Psi|^2$. The state-line phase therefore lies in the readout kernel even though Entry 2107's augmented transverse protocol detects it.

The exact finite model is the phase-blind quadratic readout

$$R(\psi)=\|\psi\|^2, \qquad dR_\psi(J\psi)=0,$$

while a framed linear port is nonzero on $J\psi$.

Thus intervention detectability and ordinary observational visibility are independent. Any claimed physical constant must descend through its declared readout quotient; a transverse response alone is insufficient.
