2120 — A Local Berry Response Requires Physical Framing

The squeezed-state Berry connection transforms under the periodic gauge $|\zeta\rangle\mapsto e^{in\theta}|\zeta\rangle$ as

$$A_\theta\longmapsto A_\theta-n.$$

Therefore Entry 2107's local transverse coefficient $-8/9$ is not by itself gauge invariant. Its closed holonomy class modulo integers is invariant.

A physical local response requires an independently derived preparation phase, endpoint trivialization, reference-history comparison, or equivalent counterterm convention. State normalization alone does not supply it.

This narrows Entry 2116: joint probe faithfulness remains exact, but the cosmological framed probe is conditional until its framing is physically derived.
