2250 - The Source One-Loop Flavor RG Flow Descends but Does Not Select (WP53)
The first post-WP52 selector candidate is the one-loop Standard Model RG operation derived in the declared flavor source, equations S16-S21.
Exact matrix algebra verifies full weak-basis covariance of the Yukawa beta vector. The operation therefore descends to the physical quotient. In the source's leading top-dominated approximation, both relevant unitarity-triangle sides acquire the same factor (e^{kt}). The flow determinant is (e^{2kt}\neq0), the ratio is invariant, and the inverse is obtained by reversing the scale interval.
Therefore RG evolution is source-derived quotient transport, not a selector: it preserves distinctions and has no proper image. It also does not rigidify sparse presentations. A numerical UV prediction still requires an independently fixed boundary condition, fixed locus, threshold law, or frozen normalization; fitting that input from the IR would be circular. RG transport is a theoretical scale map, not by itself a physical instrument.
