2274 - Z4 Symmetry Does Not Choose the Flavor Vacuum Orbit Without a Potential Sign (WP64)
For (V_{ang}=2\kappa r^4\cos4\theta), exact Hessians show that negative
(kappa) selects real/imaginary axes while positive (kappa) selects the
(pi/4)-shifted orbit. Symmetry alone does not choose between them. The source
does not fix the sign, radial dynamics, vacuum history, covariant Yukawa map,
or instrument. Verification: WP64, 5/5 exact gates.
