source-generated operation descends, has a proper physical16 image, carries
independent authority and normalization, has a typed implementation, and
survives the ensemble.
Reopening requires an explicit domain, source action/boundary law, full descent, proper reduction, independently frozen normalization, physical instrument, ensemble-surviving prediction, and—if referenced—an explicit relational stabilizer groupoid. Verification: WP71, 8/8 over eleven dependencies.
