2299 — No Legacy Flavor Mechanism Implements a Proper-Image Constructor Task
Nine surviving mechanisms now have explicit counterfactual task signatures. RG and thresholds transport; invariant probes read or discriminate; chart rules fail descent; a reference port changes the groupoid; stationarity is an unimplemented filter predicate. The only proper-image maps—pinching and randomized expectations—lack source-authorized implementations. Verification: WP74, 8/8 over nine candidates.
