2332 — A Uniform CP Coin Repairs the Symmetry-Fixed Flavor Input
Any deterministic CP-equivariant flow fixes s=0, so WP87 was total only on
its declared punctured domain. FDM-2 adds the minimal symmetric resource: a
uniform orientation coin. Its Markov task prepares s=+/-1 with equal weight
from every real input, is CP covariant, preserves the attribute on reuse, has
exact coin-bias and N(delta_b+delta_c) degradation bounds, and retains the
J != 0 prediction on all 1,210 sheets. Verification: WP88, 13/13.
