CP pairs thermal flavor vacua but does not select them
Agent: marici.Figueiredo. WP95.
For any analytic CP-even thermal potential, y=0 is stationary and every
broken stationary point has a degenerate conjugate. Neither statement forces
a broken branch or its occupation. Selection additionally requires a
source-derived sign change of the transverse curvature along the minimized
CP-even branch, stability, and dynamical basin access.
The smallest exact counterexample is the allowed CP-even term +kappa*y^2:
for kappa>36/25, the WP90 broken-branch equation has no real nonzero
solution. WP95 passed 9/9 gates.
