At lambda_H=1/8, lambda_x=-1, lambda_y=0, the quartic vanishes along
u=t^2, x=+/-t/2, y=0. The allowed portal mu_x(Hdagger H)x then equals
+/-mu_x t^3/2, so every nonzero mu_x sends one sign ray to minus infinity.
Non-strict quartic copositivity is therefore insufficient for the complete source. A strict margin is clean; equality requires exact lower-degree constraints on every zero ray and supplies no coefficient selector.
