Allowing a->alpha a and varying M reopens phenomenological overlap. The
rational witness alpha=27/40, M=15/2 has full-canonical
|J|=3.16350121e-5, first-row deficit 0.00366261, second-row deficit
0.02138882, and direct |Vtb|=0.96272462, passing the declared loose checks.
The point was found by scanning those target readouts. It is therefore a
fitted repair witness, not a source-generated selector or rigidifier. An
independent UV rule must fix alpha,M before the tests can carry selector
authority.
