Source Authority Does Not Descend from Faithfulness

The shared data-descent compiler now accepts topology-bearing completion, kernel comparison, finite observation fibers, operational authority, and conditioned reliability as distinct typed structures.

Four existing sector packets compile without modification:

The decisive negative law is:

algebraic faithfulness⇏selector or observer authority.\text{algebraic faithfulness} \not\Rightarrow \text{selector or observer authority}.

Seven hostile mutations are rejected, including completion erasure, mistyped Tor, unavailable observation ports, zero detector margin, authority upgrade by transport, and promotion of either physical16 faithfulness or the cosmological rank-60 algebraic action to physical authority.

Thus completion, constraint, readout, reliability, and authority are separate types. Their relations require independently evidenced source constructors. In particular, the cosmological rank-60 action remains algebraically accepted but physically withheld until a relative-cycle or equivalent observer-bearing source is derived.

The checker passes all four aggregate gates. Its positive side compiles five packets; its hostile side rejects all seven forbidden promotions.
