2536 — Adjacent Gram Collapse Rejects Persistent Arithmetic Label Jumps

For K(n,m)=A(∣log⁡(n/m)∣)K(n,m)=A(|\log(n/m)|), adjacent label differences satisfy

∥en+1−en∥K2=2(A(0)−A(log⁡(1+1/n)))→0.\|e_{n+1}-e_n\|_K^2 =2\bigl(A(0)-A(\log(1+1/n))\bigr)\to0.

If a bounded diagonal constructor Tfen=f(n)enT_fe_n=f(n)e_n descends to the Gram completion and ff is bounded, then necessarily

f(n+1)−f(n)→0.f(n+1)-f(n)\to0.

Parity violates this with output norm tending to 4A(0)4A(0). Divisibility by a fixed prime has infinitely many adjacent zero-to-one jumps with output norm exactly A(0)A(0). Prime type has the pairs (p−1,p)(p-1,p) for every prime p>3p>3. Prime-power type has the unconditional infinite family

(22m−1,22m),(2^{2m}-1,2^{2m}),

because the first member has two coprime nontrivial factors and the second is a prime power.

Fixed Mellin characters pass the adjacent test:

∣(n+1)it−nit∣le∣t∣/n.|(n+1)^{it}-n^{it}|le |t|/n.

This is not sufficient for descent. The exact global criterion is a cutoff-independent CC satisfying

Df,N∗KNDf,N≤C2KND_{f,N}^*K_ND_{f,N}\le C^2K_N

for every finite kernel matrix.

For a frozen family of admitted non-descending attributes, the minimal discrete port is the code of their realized joint value patterns. Parity or one divisibility predicate needs one bit; parity plus odd-prime divisibility needs two; prime and prime-power predicates realize three types and need two bits. Base- or exponent-sensitive prime-power operations require those typed values rather than a Boolean predicate.

Scope

The theorem does not declare these predicates operative in the RH source complex, nor prove full Gram boundedness for Mellin characters. Grothendieck must freeze the admitted theta/Tate/Fock constructor family before the compiler may demand a discrete port.
