2538 — Endpoint Readout Is Not Continuous in the Full Tail-Seam Gram
The tail-plus-seam synthesis may be pointwise faithful while endpoint evaluation remains unbounded in its raw Gram norm. Thus adding the seam state repairs lost fiber energy but does not by itself authorize the boundary trace needed by the zero-state condition.
Scope
This rejects one completion topology; it does not reject a source-derived graph norm or rigged endpoint trace.
