2541 — Clark Endpoint Repair Requires Scale Derivatives, Not Spectral Derivatives

The correction separates $\partial_z$, which inserts scale moments, from $\partial_q$, which controls the half-line endpoint. Endpoint continuity must be derived from the first-order tail equation itself; Clark shear alone cannot supply it.

Scope

This supersedes the variable-conflated mechanism in ledger 2539 without altering the valid labelled Clark identities.
