2549 — Tate-Current Grades Unify Before Completion as One Log-Euler Measure

All prime-power grades assemble before continuation as

μlog⁡=∑p,kp−k/2kδklog⁡p.\mu_{\log}=\sum_{p,k}{p^{-k/2}\over k}\delta_{k\log p}.

Its Laplace transform is the Euler-chart logarithm of zeta only in the convergence chamber. Globally the grades must remain provenance of a determinant-line object rather than separately continued scalar currents.

Scope

No global logarithm around the unknown divisor is chosen or asserted.
