2553 — The Primitive Anomaly Completes as a Unitary Direct-Limit Line

For finite prime cutoffs XX, retain a boundary line LXL_X with bonding maps

UX,Y=∏X<p≤Yγp.U_{X,Y}=\prod_{X<p\le Y}\gamma_p.

On the critical seam these maps are unitary and telescope exactly. The direct limit therefore exists even when coordinates in one fixed scalar trivialization diverge: primitive and square currents are transition cocycles, not failed scalar values.

Scope

This constructs the seam-side relative value type. Off-seam two-metric closability and coupling to the distinguished Tate section remain open.
