2570 — Pro-Gram Isometry Does Not Supply an Independent Theta Energy Bound

For a finite authorized constructor family FF, define

OFc=(GCc)C∈F,qF(c)=∥OFc∥.\mathcal O_Fc=(GCc)_{C\in F}, \qquad q_F(c)=\|\mathcal O_Fc\|.

The completion of E/ker⁡OFE/\ker\mathcal O_F in qFq_F is canonically isometric to the closed observation range. Hence OF\mathcal O_F has lower bound one in the topology it defines. This is a universal completion property, not an independently derived Green/Poisson coercivity theorem.

If every feature atom q↦GCeqq\mapsto GC e_q is norm-continuous, then any labels qm,rmq_m,r_m with ∣qm−rm∣→0|q_m-r_m|\to0 yield raw-normalized adjacent differences whose qFq_F-norm tends to zero. Therefore no fixed finite family of smooth analytic features is uniformly observable relative to raw labelled ℓ2\ell^2.

The remaining typed routes are: change the source topology honestly; add an independently authorized discrete arithmetic port; or prove that source dynamics excludes adjacent-difference states. Joint faithfulness of an infinite pro-family does not imply one finite coercive completed energy.

Scope

This is an abstract completion theorem and fixed-finite-continuous-family no-go. It does not claim that every authorized theta constructor is continuous in the logarithmic label or that a discrete port is physically operative.
