2582 — Poisson-to-Clark Energy Is a Sharp Generalized-Eigenvalue Gate

Once the finite-cutoff global form is supplied as

EX=QX+RX,QX=Ba,X>0,E_X=Q_X+R_X, \qquad Q_X=B_{a,X}>0,

the sharp two-sided comparison constants are the extreme generalized eigenvalues of (EX,QX)(E_X,Q_X), equivalently one plus the extreme eigenvalues of QX−1/2RXQX−1/2Q_X^{-1/2}R_XQ_X^{-1/2}.

Finite coercivity requires the lower constant to be positive. Completion stability requires a cutoff-independent positive lower bound and finite upper bound on compact half-sector subsets. Kernel inclusion alone is insufficient.

Exact hostile fixtures distinguish positive comparison, kernel creation, negative energy, upper-constant escape, lower-constant collapse, and scalar cancellation of a nonzero typed residual.

The scalar RH condition is off-seam divisor avoidance/nonvanishing, not transversality: a transverse intersection remains a zero. Operator coercivity does not prove scalar nonvanishing without a determinant--kernel theorem.

Scope

This is an exact matrix compiler. The theta four-channel matrix EXE_X, its typed residual RXR_X, and cutoff covariance have not been supplied, so the actual theta generalized-eigenvalue interval is undefined.
