2603 — Connected Euler Completion Isolates One Primitive L2 Port

For Re⁡s>1/2\operatorname{Re}s>1/2, the primitive coordinates

(p−s)p(p^{-s})_p

form a canonical vector in ℓ2(P)\ell^2(\mathbb P). Every connected Euler term with prime-power exponent at least two aggregates absolutely. Scalar summation of the primitive vector is not continuous on ℓ2(P)\ell^2(\mathbb P).

The connected Dirac flux has exactly the same split: its square-and-higher part converges, while the primitive contribution diverges. Thus primitive aggregation is the sole scalar completion obstruction in the right-sector connected arithmetic block.
