2669 — Finite Theta Boundary Ports Do Not Repair Prime-Orbit Følner Escape

For normalized long blocks on one prime-power orbit,

vN=N−1/2∑k=0N−1ek,v_N=N^{-1/2}\sum_{k=0}^{N-1}e_k,

every fixed-range prime difference has energy O(N−1)O(N^{-1}). Primitive and prime-square coordinate ports also have squared amplitude N−1N^{-1}.

The theta seam coefficients Φ(klog⁡p)\Phi(k\log p), their fixed derivatives, and finite archimedean jets are summable along the orbit. Their detector energies on vNv_N are likewise O(N−1)O(N^{-1}).

Hence any finite sum of the presently typed adjacency and boundary energies has spectral bottom zero in completion. A successful repair must be nonlocal, nonamenable, source-topologically stronger, or globally coupled to an archimedean cost that grows under arithmetic escape.
