2725 — History Dirac Is Bounded and Cannot Carry the Riemann Ordinates
Young's inequality gives
Therefore the canonical history Dirac is bounded, whereas the nontrivial Riemann-zero ordinates are unbounded. It cannot directly realize them as its eigenvalues. The operator encodes reciprocal incidence and sheet character, not spectral height. Any Hilbert--Pólya realization must add an independently derived unbounded source generator.
