2639 — Comoving Reciprocal Storage Closes at Every Spectral Displacement

For the reciprocal generator (A_\delta=\operatorname{diag}(-\delta,\delta)), remaining tail energy (T(q)), and

$$P_\delta=T(q)\operatorname{diag}(e^{2\delta q},e^{-2\delta q}), \qquad C_\delta=|f(q)|\operatorname{diag}(e^{\delta q},e^{-\delta q}),$$

the dynamic residual vanishes exactly:

$$P_\delta'+A_\delta^*P_\delta+P_\delta A_\delta+C_\delta^*C_\delta=0.$$

This holds for every spectral displacement and every source. Fixed-frame cosh growth is therefore not an invariant admissibility obstruction; the co-moving positive metric makes the reciprocal tail-seam exchange lossless everywhere.

The identity remains decoupled from endpoint displacement and transmission zeros. The next source theorem must produce an off-diagonal incidence between those channels.
