2677 — Cutoff-Dependent Whitening Cannot Repair a Covariant Frame Bound
The quotient frame bound is exactly invariant under a common invertible source change:
Whitening (H_\varepsilon=\operatorname{diag}(1,\varepsilon)) with (A_\varepsilon=\operatorname{diag}(1,\varepsilon^{-1})) makes (HA=I), but covariance also gives (RA=A), leaving the bound equal to (\varepsilon). Comparing (HA) with untransported (R) is a false repair.
