2679 — Uniform Seam Transversality Is a Stable Decoder Theorem
On the analytic nullspace, (R^*R\le C^2H^*H) is equivalent to a decoder (S) with (R=SH) and (|S|\le C). The best decoder norm is (\beta(H,R)^{-1}). Exact cutoffwise decoders may therefore exist while their norms diverge. Mathematical reconstruction still does not authorize an executable source repair.
