2695 — Weakly Unique Actuator Limits Can Lose All Quadratic Energy

For (B_N(1)=e_N\in\ell^2), every fixed probe converges to zero and zero is the unique weak limit. Yet (|B_N|=1) and (B_N^*B_N=1) at every stage, while the moving probe (e_N) remains one. Weak compactness plus uniqueness does not close quadratic energy or actuator graphs.
