2698 — Weak Transport Plus Source Gram Convergence Gives Strong Closure
If (B_Nx\rightharpoonup Bx) and (\langle x,B_N^*B_Nx\rangle\to\langle x,B^*Bx\rangle) for every state, then (B_Nx\to Bx) strongly. Upstream mixed Gram convergence closes polarized quadratic forms. The orthogonal-tail hostile fails exactly at the Gram gate; the decaying-coordinate family passes.
