2700 — Pointwise Strong Closure Does Not Control Normalized Moving States
Tail projections (P_N=|e_N\rangle\langle e_N|) converge strongly to zero on every fixed state, and so do their Gram operators, while (|P_N|=1) for all (N). The moving normalized witness (e_N) remains fully visible. RH-strength uniform exclusion requires operator-norm, tightness, or direct uniform frame bounds beyond pointwise Gram closure.
