2717 — Compact Correlation Reduces Completion Escape to a Fredholm Eigenstate
If the normalized phase-sensitive correlation is a compact perturbation of a background with spectral ceiling uniformly below one, diffuse completion escape is impossible. Coercivity then fails exactly through a finite- multiplicity eigenstate at eigenvalue one. A rank-one hostile shows that all finite compressions may remain strictly positive while the completed eigenstate appears; compactness localizes but does not exclude the obstruction.
