2729 — Reciprocal-Sheet Winding Cancels Globally, Not Sheetwise

Opposite sheet windings make the combined normalization globally trivial, but odd winding leaves both constituent sheets without square-root frames. The pairs $(z,z^{-1})$ and $(z^2,z^{-2})$ have identical combined scalar and vacuum normalization while differing in sheetwise root existence. Ubersector closure therefore does not imply constituent-sheet constructor closure.
