2731 — Minimal Winding Port Is Set by Authorized Root Orders
A square-root constructor needs exactly one winding-parity bit. A finite family of root orders needs winding modulo their least common multiple; this is the minimal cyclic jointly faithful port. No finite residue port decides whether winding is literally zero, so a global logarithm requires the integer winding port unless the source supplies an independent finite bound.
