2752 — Theta Bordered Divisor Has a Canonical Krein Realization
Every finite real bordered numerator has a coefficient-derived companion matrix and Hermite matrix satisfying
Thus the faithful theta divisor already has a canonical self-adjoint realization in a possibly indefinite Krein geometry. Hermite's theorem makes the metric signature exact: nonreal conjugate root pairs produce indefinite directions, repeated roots produce degeneracy, and is equivalent to real-rootedness.
The missing Hilbert--Polya theorem is therefore a source-level Gram factorization of these Hermite forms using labelled theta/Tate constructors, compatible with cutoff completion. Diagonalizing the aggregated form after the fact would merely restate real-rootedness.
