2754 — Minimal Phase Ports Are Cycle Holonomies

Complex edge phases modulo channel rephasing are classified by $H^1(G;U(1))\simeq U(1)^{\beta_1}$. A spanning forest removes all gauge phases; one holonomy per independent cycle is necessary and sufficient to recover the coupling packet up to channel frame. On a source-derived real locus this reduces to $C_2^{\beta_1}$.
