2757 — Normalized Holonomy Does Not Survive Support Collapse
Normalized cycle phase classifies only a fixed nonzero support stratum. When an edge vanishes, cycle rank can drop and the phase has no continuous extension. The unnormalized Wilson product extends canonically by zero. A completion-stable normalized port requires a uniform lower bound on every retained cycle product.
