2759 — Universal Support Robustness Costs One Port per Simple Cycle
Within the typed family of edge magnitudes and individual unnormalized cycle monomials, faithfulness on every support stratum forces one complex port for each unoriented simple cycle. For (K_4), generic reconstruction needs cycle rank three, whereas universal support robustness requires seven cycle ports.
