2767 — Theta Cross Zeros Are Incidence-Divisor Crossings, Not Operator Failures
For an invertible full transfer , source vector , and endpoint covector , the theta scalar is
Its zero means that the transported source ray enters the endpoint-orthogonal hyperplane. The full relation can remain unitary, invertible, and orientation preserving. A planar rotation is the minimal hostile: its selected diagonal coefficient vanishes while its determinant remains one.
Thus a scalar zero is a Schubert-type incidence-divisor crossing—a loss of transversality in the chosen labelled chart—not destruction of the complete two-sector object.
The RH-bearing conjecture is now geometric: the source-derived theta/Tate transfer remains in the corresponding open incidence cell throughout both open reciprocal sectors and may cross the divisor only on the sewing seam. Generic multiport faithfulness or unitarity cannot enforce this; the source must provide total positivity, an acute semigroup, a nonvanishing Gauss pivot, or another chamber-confinement law.
