2769 — Phase-Preserving Completion Is an Oriented Blow-Up
Completion-stable phase provenance replaces scalar zero by an angular boundary fiber: (U(1)) for a complex coefficient and (C_2) for a source-derived real locus. The blow-down forgets that orientation. The polar topology is strictly finer than scalar completion and rejects amplitude-collapse sequences whose phase does not converge. Boundary phase does not repair radial invertibility.
