2771 — The Blown-Up Zero Fiber Remembers Only Cycle Phase
After quotienting channel frames, the edgewise phase-preserving zero fiber is , or (H^1(G;C_2)) on a source-derived real locus. It retains one boundary phase per nominal independent cycle, not one per zero edge. Tree-edge phase memories are pure gauge.
