2781 — Theta Causal-Prefix Flag Propagates but Does Not Anchor the Spectral Pivot

The causal prefix

$$d(q,z)=e^{-zq}\int_0^q e^{zr}f(r)\,dr$$

defines a source-derived moving covector $(1,d)$ that cancels the tail forcing residual exactly. Its pivot is

$$Y(q,z)=G(q,z)+d(q,z)=e^{-zq}F(z),$$

and obeys $Y_q=-zY$.

This is exact scale coherence, but not spectral confinement. If $F(z_0)=0$, then $Y(q,z_0)=0$ for every scale even though prefix and tail remain separately nonzero. The scale trajectory simply lies in the moving hyperplane.

The missing proof object must therefore act in spectral parameter space: a source-derived $z$-connection, a coupled two-parameter flatness law, or an independent reciprocal boundary condition that forbids the identically-zero pivot off the seam.
