2789 — Theta Completion Can Rescue Finite Off-Seam Zeros Only by Collapse or Escape
For locally uniform entire completion , every bounded accumulation point of zeros of (F_N) is a zero of (F). Rouché stability also fixes the zero count inside any bounded domain whose boundary stays zero-free.
Therefore finite off-seam zeros are compatible with completed seam confinement only if they approach seam zeros or escape every compact set. Stable bounded off-seam zeros survive completion.
The missing theta theorem must consequently govern divisor transport under all-shell completion rather than certify positivity of isolated finite truncations.
