2821 — Vanishing Center Errors Can Accumulate into Unbounded Drift

If paired exchanging constructors induce translations $\delta_k$, then

$$x_N=x_0+\sum_{k=1}^N\delta_k.$$

Bounded partial sums are necessary and sufficient for a bounded frame; convergence gives a limiting frame, and absolute summability is the robust order-independent certificate. The hostile family $\delta_k=1/k$ tends to zero locally but accumulates as $H_N\sim\log N$. An absolute error budget $E$ yields multiplicative control $e^{-E}M_0\le M_N\le e^EM_0$.
