2863 — The Logarithmic-Degree Prime Green Commutator Is Indefinite

Although prime-power incidence reconstructs the positive operator

$$L_{\rm inc}=\frac12\log Q,$$

its linear Green coupling to prime transport is indefinite already on $\operatorname{span}\{e_1,e_p\}$. Both self-adjoint transport quadratures give commutator forms with eigenvalues $\pm\log p$. Mellin phase rotation commutes with the degree while rotating those quadratures, so the degree fixes regularity but not the star frame. The remaining gate is a source-fixed two-sheet pairing of each prime transport with its adjoint.
