Fourier Conjugation of the Order Port Is Universal Hardy Boundary, Not Arithmetic Current
For the ordered-pair operator
Fourier conjugation gives the exact multiplier
Reciprocal oddness fixes the zero-frequency convention and excludes an added constant kernel. Because the tail source is a positive-half restriction of the bilateral theta seed, Fourier transform also produces the universal Hardy/Hilbert boundary anomaly associated with that restriction.
This operation contains no prime labels and therefore cannot itself be the primitive or square arithmetic current. Those channels can enter only through a separately derived incidence between labelled adelic sampling and the universal archimedean Hardy boundary.
