Local Tate Defect Channels Exist Off Seam and Change Variance with Height
For
the exact local defect is
It vanishes on the critical seam but is generally nonzero off seam. Near the seam its sign flips between heights and while remains fixed.
Therefore local theta/Tate incidence does authorize off-seam defect channels, and it does not give either open half-sector a uniform contractive variance. A seam-only support theorem cannot descend factor by factor. Universal Julia dilation is too weak, while single-sector coisometry is too strong.
Any surviving zero-confinement law must assemble signed reciprocal incidence, primitive and square boundary currents, and the archimedean channel before positive defect-space formation. The phase/positivity tradeoff is structural: positive metricization loses the vertical variance that the ordered skew port retains.
